“I’ve been living at Summer Place for almost six years, and I love it. These apartments feel more like a home than an apartment—quiet, peaceful, and easy to love. There’s quick access to several shopping centers, and the front office is always ready to help with any issues. I love living here and will continue to recommend this place to others.”

Have lived here for 5 years. It was amazing. Diana the manager is very friendly and works with you on everything. Maintenance staff is fantastic. The apartment is spacious and well taken care of. Good size back yards. Highly recommend.

Their emergency maintenance number does not work. I spent Christmas weekend with a flooded apartment and now it has happened again on New Years weekend and no one will answer my calls or respond

I have loved this place. It felt like home. Maintenance was great-loved the guys.Things were fixed quickly.Girls in the office were responsive and easy to deal with.

This is a perfect apartment to call home. When people come to see me they say it feels more like a home than an apartment. This apartment is walking distance from several restaurants and grocery stores. When your ready to unwine you can take a nice relaxing walk around the park nearby or thru the quiet and beautiful complex. The office staff is amazing when you need anything they are quick to help.
