The best appartments in Lubbock

Throughout the two years of my spouse and I living there, the staff members were always kind, prompt, and respectful. The houses are well maintained, the accessibility to have our own washer/dryer units was wonderful, the community is sociable and safe. These apartments feel more like a home!
I enjoyed the several community events held! My most favorite being when we held a trunk or treat at the office. If you are looking for a safe, reliable community to live with, then I couldn't recommend... this place more.

Feels more like a home, than an apartment

“I’ve been living at Summer Place for almost six years, and I love it. These apartments feel more like a home than an apartment—quiet, peaceful, and easy to love. There’s quick access to several shopping centers, and the front office is always ready to help with any issues. I love living here and will continue to recommend this place to others.”

Great place

Have lived here for 5 years. It was amazing. Diana the manager is very friendly and works with you on everything. Maintenance staff is fantastic. The apartment is spacious and well taken care of. Good size back yards. Highly recommend.

Apartment flooded for a weekend

Their emergency maintenance number does not work. I spent Christmas weekend with a flooded apartment and now it has happened again on New Years weekend and no one will answer my calls or respond

Sad to Move!

I have loved this place. It felt like home. Maintenance was great-loved the guys.Things were fixed quickly.Girls in the office were responsive and easy to deal with.
