The Edge | Student Housing is an apartment community in Lubbock, TX
WOW, I lived here for 2 years. They charged me at the move-out for paint damage that was there when I moved in and for missing furniture that they never delivered to my apartment. I rented a furnished apartment, and those items never arrived in two years, even after multiple complaints. The pool is disgusting, and the hot tub hasn't been functional for years. The gym is extremely small, and they rented apartments to people without notifying them there will be construction under their windows for... the next 6-8 months. Your choice...

Don't Rent Here!
The staff doesn't respond in a timely manner. You call and they are going to get back to you and they don't. Front gate doesn't work and hasn't for last 6 months so it is open constantly. Back gate doesn't work and was left open when notified the management, the responding by putting a lock on it for the last year and not repair it. Hallways are dirty .. they don't clean them. An apartment door looks like it was kicked in and damaged over a year ago and still has not been fixed. A problem... with cockroaches. I paid double rent the last month of my lease than stay another day. Nothing up to date. Don't be fooled by models

Worst apartment and staff
You will see the rudest people at the frond desk. Do not care anything related to the tenant once you signed the contract. Never ever come to this place.

pics are very deceiving!
Definitely overpriced. All the pics of the apartments and complex online seem very nice and clean but in reality the whole complex and especially our apt is gross, dirty and has a weird nasty smell to it. Looks like nobody has cleaned our apartment in months. Kitchen is very small, laundry appliances suck, lights flicker when turning on. I wouldn’t live here unless you’re desperate, which unfortunately we were..

Overpriced and gross
The actual apartments are half decent but the maintenance is really slow and for what you are getting, most places in Lubbock give you more for your money.
They charge insane amounts on stuff other than rent
