It’s still the same outdated roach infested apartments. Don’t forget the awful neighbors and with the revolving door of useless managers, nothing will change. Props to the maintenance crew - they’re the only people motivated to help this terrible property. Watch out, they offer discounted rent for good reviews.

My 20 y.o. son, a full-time student and worker, and his 20 y.o. roommate, also a full-time worker, toured a very clean, smoke-free model at Meridian Park Apartments. In good faith, they signed a lease believing their unit would be as clean as the model. They were not allowed to tour their rental unit until after signing a lease. On move-in day, they found their unit to be filthy and heavily smoked in. They could not move in because it was so bad. After protesting and requesting a clean unit, the... management finally said the renters are bound to deal with it. Management never made it right. This was my son and his roommate's first experience in renting an apartment, and to protect their health, they decided not to move in. How sad to treat any renter this way. These young men wasted so much of their hard-earned funds to get out of the lease. I do not see how this complex stays in business. With our terrible experience and poor reviews from other renters, it is obvious that Meridian Park Apartments management is deceitful about promoting a sanitary and smokefree unit while hiding the disgusting truth of the condition of the actual rental units. This is a crooked way of conducting business, and I would not recommend this apartment.

New management took over last week. They are answering maintenance calls and doing projects to make the place look better. Office staff is helpful and friendly. Good change!

Where do I start? Terrible staff - rude & never get the job done. Water is turned off almost every week due to “fixing plumbing issues” yet took maintenance an entire month just to fix my shower fossett & broken tile where they smashed into my wall. Trashy neighborhood, literally - everyone litters, trash build up right in front of your door, glass shards everywhere & no one picks up after their dog! Wouldn’t recommend this place to my own worst enemy. Do yourself a favor & go with literally... anything else!
