West End Townhomes

I have never lived in a place that was poorly managed and built and maintained!!!!!!
We have only lived here for a short time and we have had problems from day 1! Floors are sinking, walls are uneven ceiling is cracking!!
When we told management they said they would take care of it and still nothing!!
It’s not worth living there for the price and all the headache that u would have to deal with!!!

I absolutely LOVE living here. The floor plan (especially the 2nd floor laundry room - SOLD!), space, and backyard are all great. All bedrooms are basically master suites with their own on-suite bathrooms and generously sized living areas. It’s a smaller community so it’s nice and quiet while still being super accessible to the new West End Shopping Center, restaurants, and my commutes for either work or leisure are so quick because of the ease of access to the loop and Marsha Sharp freeway. The... management has been great, and Carleigh is a superb property manager. She is very attentive, has great follow through, and makes sure to ask how everything is going. As with any new property there are kinks, but they’ve been easy and convenient to work through with Carleigh managing the property.
