Sub-par living
Do not do it. My daughters had multiple maintenance issues during the year that were never fixed, despite work orders and multiple communications with the front office. The maintenance orders stated the issue was fixed, but they did not actually fix anything. EXTREMELY low water pressure, refrigerator freezing all of the food for the entire time my daughters lived there, and a broken a/c that took a week to fix in the middle of summer. A credit was offered by employees in the office, but never... actually given. A manager was told to call my daughters about the issues, but they never did.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience your daughters experienced during their residency.
We understand how disappointing it is to repeatedly report maintenance concerns and feel that they... were not properly addressed. Issues such as low water pressure, a refrigerator not functioning correctly, and an extended air conditioning outage during the summer can have a significant impact on daily comfort, and we regret that these concerns were not resolved to your expectations.
We are also sorry to hear about the lack of follow-up communication regarding the reported issues and the credit that was discussed but not received. We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations set by our team are not fulfilled.
Providing timely maintenance service and clear communication are priorities for our community, and it is disappointing to learn that we fell short in your daughters’ experience. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we need to improve.
We would welcome the opportunity to review these concerns further. Please contact our office directly so we can look into the maintenance history and the credit that was discussed. We value your feedback and are committed to learning from this experience.
