Do not rent

The apartments have potential, the size is perfect, but the appliances are old and need to be replaced with new appliances and not refurbished appliances. My daughter rented at these apartments for 5 years and, the AC would go out every year. The dishwasher and garbage disposal did the same thing. Those were fixed right before she moved out. The AC was not replaced, just put a bandage to get it to work for a couple of months. The washer and dryer stopped working and they were replaced with… refurbished one's and were not any better. The refrigerator needed to be replaced, it was freezing her food. The water pressure is slow, and the hot water would get cold quickly. The manager is not pleasant, when she would send text messages to the tenants about a vehicle parked in a carport, that shouldn't be parked there, she would send the text in all capital letters. When I was visiting my daughter, I walked her dog and as we were walking the water sprinklers came on, this was about lunch time. We walked around to get to the doggy park; we were there for about 15 mins and we're about to leave when the sprinklers came on. The maintenance person, Joe was great and did the best with what he had to work with.

Nice staff, pleasant neighbors

The complex has quick access to the loop. Lots of restaurants and fast food nearby, without even getting on the freeway. Chipotle, sonic, Whataburger, Dairy Queen, Burger King, Starbucks, Burgerfi, Outback Steakhouse, cheddars, Jason's deli, Chuy's, Texas Longhorn steakhouse, BJ's, Hayashi, and more all within a couple of blocks.

I'm in a 2b/2b. Parking has never been a problem (well trucks don't fit in the garages so I use open parking), and I never used the covered parking but it's cheap and… would pay for itself if there's ever a hailstorm. Bathrooms are have lots of space, as do the closets. Not much to say here, other than I haven't had any real problems with the apartment. If I did, Joe (maintenance) fixed it so quickly I forgot about it.

Dog park is nice to have, porches for every apt. My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. After we got moved in, we've considered it our Oasis in the desert.

Quiet. Tons of storage. Good management.

I have lived here for 8 months now and am impressed by the complex as a whole. They have no breed restrictions on pets but the complex stays clean and is quiet. (They even have a small dog park on property.) They have a good management and maintenance teams, always professional and prompt to respond to issues. Additionally, as a single woman, I feel safe here. Overall, it's nothing fancy but it's a good quality space for a reasonable price.
