Kitchen appliances also include a refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, tea kettle, French press, toaster, and blender. Both bathrooms offer a modern luxury feel with stocked essentials. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer with detergent. Smart TVs are available in the master bedroom and living room.
Manchaca Meadows offers onsite uncovered parking for about four cars. Dogs are considered with additional cleanings during the reservation, and guests pay housekeeping directly for extra cleans. A non-refundable $150 pet fee is due before check-in. No pets other than dogs are allowed on the premises.

Elderly, pregnant individuals, or anyone with diabetes, high blood pressure, or heat conditions should consult a doctor before using the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, and limit the temperature to less than 104°F and usage to 20 minutes. No glass, jumping, diving, or pets inside the hot tub.
