Poor front desk services

Who ever is answering the phone, please improve your customer services skills!!!! I like the property but she didn't have any idea of what she was doing, how to answer to my questions, she sounds like doesn't want to do the job or either help new applicants. If there is a nice apartment but front services desk is poor is unlikely there will be new tenants.
