Can’t Wait to Leave
I have lived here six weeks and I would not recommend it.
The walls seem very thin because I can hear everything in the neighboring units. If you make a complaint about late night noises occurring during the properties self imposed “quiet hours” nothing will be done to prevent it, you will be told “Watching TV at a decent level, having a phone call or normal household activities at reasonable volumes are permitted and do not fall under disruptive behavior.” All very subjectively worded so that... there is no way to define the “quiet hours” rule.
The parking lot is very tight and often blocked on one end due to an inconsiderate business next door. This makes it difficult to park and turn your vehicle around in a tight space.
I don’t have my own mailbox so I am at the mercy of management to receive my mail.
The management tells me this is a long term rental property but it is listed on various sites as a hotel style stay.
In my unit I can often hear several dogs barking, along with loud noises from commercial semi truck deliveries to a business next door. As well as the noise from other units I mentioned earlier.
The windows cannot be opened and the door has no screen so I cannot get fresh air without leaving my door open.
In the short time I’ve been here I’ve had an issue with the refrigerator spilling a lot of water onto the floor.
