Paseo Del Sol Apartments

Un muy buen lugar donde vivir, ambiente super tranquilo y silencioso, muy buen mantenimiento, lugar accesible con muchos lugares de comidas y parque muy cerca el area de barbacoa y area verde increible.

Lived here for almost a year now and must say it has been the best place I’ve lived at so far. The community is very quiet, staff is quick to respond to maintenance issues and apartment courtyard is kept clean at all times. Location is great, close to library, Walmart and gym.

I've definitely enjoyed living at Paseo del Sol. They are so accommodating. They are quick with any repairs or replacements that need to be done. The staff is friendly and always seem willing to help. I love how close it is to so many things. IMAS and McAllen Public Library are but a minute's drive away. Down the street you can also find a variety of places to eat and shop, including Wal-Mart. Freedom Fitness is also close by for anyone that likes to hit the gym. There are also a few schools... pretty close by for school age children. STVT is also only a short walk away for those wanting to continue their education. Aside from how close by everything is, Paseo del Sol has a nice outdoors area for playing and BBQs. I have a son of 4 years old and he has found a few friends here. I've noticed the families like to spend time outside in the evenings when the day cools down. It's great to see that our neighbors are all friendly enough that we can all spend some time outside enjoying the evening.
