????? When my lease is up, I am truly going to miss the amazing office staff and maintenance team. Everyone has always been so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Anytime I needed assistance, the office staff was always helpful and understanding.
The maintenance team has been outstanding. Every time I submitted a maintenance request, they responded quickly, were friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of the right way.

This is such a great property
Love living here and everything is so convenient. Shopping and restaurants are just steps away. The pool is amazing and love the weekend volleyball games.

Great Service Team!
Anytime we submit a maintenance request they promptly take care of it. Nelson, the head of the maintenance team, is amazing. He is always available to take care of anything. The ladies in the office are also top notch, willing to assist with anything we need.

I’ve had a great experience since moving into Avenues at Craig Ranch. From the very start, the leasing process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Elizabeth. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful, making everything easy to understand. Move-in was just as seamless, with clear communication and support throughout. The community is well-maintained and feels very secure, which really gives me peace of mind. It’s clear that management prioritizes resident safety and satisfaction... .
