Apartment Living

When I moved to Avenues@CR they had just opened 3 months prior. I had a choice to move in to the apartment that I wanted. 10 plus year later am still here, in the same apartment! The rental increases have been stable over the years.
I cannot imagine living anywhere else than at Avenues @CR. The office staff ( Erin, Lisa and Elizabeth) not forgetting the maintenance staff is VERY helpful. Things get done with a sense of urgency. The respect and professionalism they show is amazing. When I... moved to Texas a couple years ago, I lived at an apartment complex where the staff was very rude except on person. I had to get out as fast as I could!

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call “ home.”

Amazing Customer Service

I went in to renew my lease because the 1st time was absolutely amazing, why would I move right?! Elizabeth and Lisa are amazing. So kind and sweet and extremely helpful. Looking for a place to stay that’s affordable, Avenues at Craig Ranch is the perfect place!

Friendly Leasing Staff

Staff was friendly and attentive. They didn't have what I was looking for, but I will keep them in mind next time I move. I love to walk and they have a nice green walking area next to the property.

Amazing Staff & surrounding area!!

Upon looking for a new home recently I found that I loved the Craig Ranch Area!! They offer a waking trail around Rowlett Creek that is stunning! The leasing agent Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and helpful in securing my lovely new home!! Everything was clean, neat and tidy on the grounds and my new apartment. Contact Elizabeth with any question you may for the best customer service experience.
Close to most shopping needs.
