You’ll Love This Community

Avenues at Craig Ranch is the whole package. The office staff includes Lisa, Elizabeth and Erin and they’re wonderful. The property if beautiful with mature trees too. I must mention that there is a lot of open parking for guests and residents.

I would recommend.

Apartment is very friendly when dealing with any issues that arise. Apartments are nice and I've been happy here. The area is nice and safe too.

Beautiful property!

This property is great, so close to shopping, and outdoor activities, pool and a gym facility, the apartments are beautiful and well maintained. the office team was wonderful, especially Elizabeth who was welcoming and always has a smile for you!

Excellent Property in Mckinney

I’ve had a great experience living at Avenues at Craig Ranch! The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location—quiet yet close to everything you need. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible support from the leasing office staff.

Lisa, Elizabeth, and Erin have been absolutely amazing! They are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Whether it's helping with move-in, maintenance requests, or just making sure... everything runs smoothly, their dedication and kindness have made a big difference in my experience here.

If you're looking for a place that feels like home with a team that genuinely cares, I highly recommend Avenues at Craig Ranch!

Nice Staff
