Let’s talk about the real problems at this property… the turnaround in the office with new faces constantly should speak for itself. The office is very unprofessional, the manager Tia is rude and thinks she can intimidate people. Either the office is always closed or there’s only one person there at a time so the doors are locked. I went there the other day and they were open and the manager was actively YELLING at... her staff about her being frustrated that she cannot do her own job. So of course, I walked out. They’re raising the rent but the complex is always having trash around. The oil stains everywhere and the bulk trash always stacked up. Definitely not renewing another year and would advise people not to even bother looking at this place. Watch them bury this review with fake ones though. Read More

Can't wait to move, can't enjoy it or use my kitchen tired of roaches everywhere regardless of how much I spray kill or trap they keep coming and they are babies. Can't take furniture with me afraid of eggs.

This will be my second year here I must say The Management Team is getting things together around here and that makes me feel good. I am all for Improvements also love the fact that they are doing things in the Community especially for the kids. So thank you

I can back to the community this summer. When I stay a couple years ago only issue was maintenance. This time around the maintenance has been moving better. The manager is way better than couple years ago. She comes out the office and gets with they guys to fix issues. Just going to keep staying positive as they improve the community.

absolutely awful! roaches, LOUD NEIGHBORS (like at 2am blasting music on a club speaker, and the list goes on. DO NOT MOVE HERE
