Home was not given clean. There was shoe steps all over the hall , dust was seen on the floor and there is a bug in bedroom and alarm was hanging in the bedroom. Didn’t expect to give in such condition

Move in was easy, the leasing team is very friendly and professional. The apartment was clean and ready to go. The facilities are modern and parking is available.

The new apartment is great, but we still ran into a lot of problems after moving in.But everything has been taken care of. I hope there won't be any other problems in the future

My experience at Waylon Apartment Residence has been very positive and aligned with what I was looking for in a comfortable and convenient living space.
