The home features two full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite in the primary bedroom. The living room is equipped with one of the two large TVs in the house, perfect for gathering and entertaining. Enjoy cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, and head to the bright, fully loaded kitchen for all your cooking needs. The backyard contains a large pool perfect for cooling off during a hot summer day, with a fenced-in yard for complete privacy.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, with an additional $39 per night for each guest beyond that. The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.
