Excellent place to live

Very quiet and management is very efficient. Very clean and feels like a safe place to live

We shall see

I have been here going on 3 yrs... New management took over and things got really nasty...things seem to be improving somewhat. The rent is going up ALOT for everyone. There are no washer and dryer connections in apartments. There was no pool furniture at all this year, pool opened late. The pool was not kept clean during the summer months. The paint still needs ALOT of work. Be prepared I hear pet deposits are going up to 600 to 650 per pet. (not sure this is true) I hear deposits are also… going up along with rent when lease is up even though you get NO UPGRADES!!!

Senior Citizens

This place is not great if you are a senior citizen due to the lack of parking places available, you have to park way at the other end or on the back side of the apartments.
