Dont do it!!!
I lived here for 6 years, but I cannot recommend this property due to the incredibly shady and unprofessional behavior of the current management team.When my lease came up for renewal, I submitted a request for a 1-year lease. Without any prior notice, warning, or communication, management quietly changed the contract terms to a 6-month lease and let me sign it under false pretenses. When I caught the change and questioned it, the office first tried to claim the 6-month term was a "typo."… Shortly after, another manager emailed me to change their story, claiming upper management decided to alter the lease length after the fact.A leasing office cannot unilaterally change a contract or force an undisclosed counter-offer on a tenant after a signature. When I stood my ground, they chose to void my contract entirely rather than honor the 1-year renewal I actually applied for. To make matters worse, after 6 years of loyal residency, they chose to be incredibly petty and tried to penalize me over 3 days of rent.This office has a massive turnover problem with both staff and residents, and it is easy to see why. Save yourself the stress and find a property managed by professionals who understand basic communication and contract law.
