Terrible Communication and Customer Service

Anytime there is an issue they are late to respond, and I promise you will have to reach out to them constantly. AC always goes out, water heater constantly breaks, etc.

Moreover, the move out process is a hassle as they are pretty vague on the detail process.

Lastly, the customer service is so adamant and stubborn when they make a mistake.

Do not recommend renting from them.

Best Apartment

We searched a lot of apartments in the city but Mesquite Terraces feels like home. From the facility and the apartment is so spacious for it’s price. We like living here because of the quite neighborhood.

Beautiful Apartments

Mesquite Terraces is the best apartments you will find in Midland. We have renewed 3 times already and we love it here. Apartments are so spacious, clean and peaceful. Office staff Mrs Angela and Mrs Rosalie are so nice and professional and will help you with anything you need. You get the best attention. If your looking for a place to live Mesquite Terraces is your place I give it a 10 of 10!

Everything

This is the best apartment I. The United States since I have been here for the past 4 years the new management is the best especially Rosalee everything I asked to do they fix it all I never regret coming to live here
