Its very quiet and the maintenance is fantastic service, amazing help from the office. Very close to work and convenient to close by stores. For my first time having my own place I don't have to worry about any inconvenience with my work schedule, also if there is something wrong I get a notice ahead of time and my apartment is very affordable with my budget.
