I've lived in my apartment for over a year and I absolutely love it. Everything is fixed so quickly and the front office staff is amazing!! We have referred tons of people to live here just because of the environment feels like a community!!

I signed my lease in October 2025 and moving into this apartment complex has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, the apartment was full of problems that management has continued to ignore. Every single air vent is filled with black mold, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard. Since moving in, I’ve been getting sick constantly from the mold exposure and management still acts like it’s not a priority.
The restroom is literally falling apart, the... oven is broken and doesn’t close fully, making it a safety hazard. We couldn’t even cook our own Thanksgiving meal because of it. We were also promised a microwave with the unit and never received one, so I had to spend my own money to buy one because waiting on management was clearly pointless. The dishwasher has supposedly been “fixed” and “replaced” multiple times since we moved in, yet months later it still hasn’t been replaced. Nothing ever gets done here. The management office is completely useless, every time you go in, the ladies are conveniently “on lunch” or refuse to help resolve anything. Sure, the rent prices may seem manageable, but no amount of cheap rent is worth risking your health and safety. This place is poorly maintained, unprofessional, and honestly disgusting. I would never recommend anyone live here

Súper mala administración ahora quieren cobrar por el estacionamiento con techo cuando debe de ir incluido. COn las rentas y si tienes carro extra es cuándo ahí se cobra,nunca arreglan ninguna compostura l el departamento donde llegue esta fatal pido viejo baños y comida viejas no sirven las puertas lavavajillas no sirve refri viejos y cayéndosele el agua siempre adentro ,Aires acondicionado deben darles mantenimiento , cada año y no lo hacen . y la alberca siempre está (cerrada )en un mes... solo dos dias han abierto pero buenos para subir la renta

I was called and the lady was very nice and gave me all the info I needed to take to apply.
There were some minor details wrong when i got the apartment, i let the manager know and they fixed it that same day.
The girls in the office are so friendly
My garbage disposal was broken down as well, i called and they went the next day to check it out.
I was also given the free month and until now, i have loved it here!
If you’re looking for a affordable and comfortable apartment. This is it!
