I have lived in the complex for several years. It is an older complex, but quiet and well maintained. Would highly recommend.

Living at Dogwood Village
I have lived here for a little over a year and love my apartment which is updated. I have huge closets. I also have sweet neighbors and a peaceful community. The new management has been here taking care of maintenance issues and improving our grounds.

Terrible Management
We lived there for 2 years and had no major problems. They are good value and great for college students. Once we moved out they kept our deposit and charged us nearly $600 extra in "damages". I later found out that this happened to other friends of mine who lived here previously. Our refrigerator had been broken for almost 8 months that I had been reporting, and they charged me for breaking it. Among many other ridiculous things. I had witnesses who helped me move out, when they saw the letter... i received from this place with the charges, they were in shock- as was I. When we Called to question it we were treated like we were liars. We basically were scammed to pay for whatever upgrades they wanted to do to the apartment in my opinion. If they can sleep at night- more power to them. I had 2 different lawyers look at what we got from them & were prepared to fight this. But at the end of he day, legal fees would have cost more than the $600 I paid them. So if you choose this place- you'll love it . But beware upon move out.
