I lived here for two years during grad school, and this is hands down the best apartment I’ve lived in. While the buildings themselves are dated, everything is in peak condition - and if it’s not, maintenance comes within a day to fix it! They have the best maintenance and management team I’ve ever interacted with- they are always kind, respectful, and professional. It is located super conveniently; you could walk to Walmart, downtown, Pecan Acres park, and SFA, all within a 10 to 20 minute... walk! Overall, I couldn’t have picked a better apartment for my graduate school experience.

BEST PROPERTY IN TOWN
I’ve had the best experience renting here! All of our requests get finished in a very timely manner, the management addresses my concerns and the rent is very reasonable. Best part is that the communication between management and renters is good. Definitely better than anywhere I’ve ever rented in Nacogdoches before!

Quiet/Views/Amenities/Friendly
I love how it's up on a hill overlooking Nac. My view from my apartment is beautiful . You feel secluded, but yet close to everything. It's so quiet here. My neighbors are all nice and quiet as well. LOVE all the amenities, Dog Park & Washing Station for my dog. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. I'm definitely happy here. NO problems at all.

Poor Management
Very Very Small Apartments And When It Rains You Have No Way Of Avoiding The Large Puddle Of Water At The Bottom Of The Stairs & In Front Of Bottom Floor Apartments
