Great place to live! Feels like home

I have lived in this apartment complex for almost a year now with my husband and my child. I really enjoy living here. We never have any noise issues or really any issues with our apartment. Anytime something has come up and I've contacted the maintenance, they have come out to fix the issue immediately. Also, the office manager is a very sweet lady. She has always been very friendly to me when I go to the office and has been very helpful. They also host small events every week to bring the… apartment community together. It's just an overall great place to live. Our lease is up and we will be renewing it if that tells you anything.

Love it. Everyone's like family.

I couldn't have asked for a better apartment complex to live in! Everyone was so kind and friendly. It felt more like a family to me! The staff is amazing and very helpful! Not to mention great location and great amenities!

I LOVE MY APARTMENT!!!

I have lived here for a little over a year and I am very happy. This is my second apartment and I will be here until I finish school. When I first came I was a little nervous because I was striking out on my own with no roommate. Ms. Kim has made this feel like home to me. I know that things break in apartments but the maintenance person is always timely in fixing things. I like the things she does for us every month. I don't know all of my neighbors but I love meeting new people at our monthly… get togethers. I do feel bad that Ms. Kim is the only one in the office but she always greet me with a smile. My family came to visit me from San Antonio and she was so nice to them. I have seen her at the store and away from the apartments and she is the same. Nothing is ever going to be perfect but like I said, I love my apartment and I love where I live.

Terrible Management

There is all of ONE person in the office, and she is absolutely NEVER THERE. I went by the office three days in a row at different times to pay my rent, and the anger was never there. I went at 2:30 PM and the says be back at 9:00 the next day. No, this was not a weekend, and there is no excuse for anyone to be gone SO MUCH DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Unacceptable behaviors such as this lack of concern for adhering to your working hours should not be present in a manager. There needs to be at least… one other person hired for the office, and this manager needs some discipline. I do understand that an emergency may come up here and there, but not every day up until rent is due. I do not have the time in my schedule to visit the office every day, and I should not have to.

On a side note, the managers office is EMBARRASSINGLY SLOPPY and disorganized. Have a little respect for your residents and your office, and maybe then others will have respect for you.

I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced by the office being closed when you came by. There is only one person in the office and unfortunately there are times when I have to leave during the day. These times are almost always office… related. I can assure you, this office does not close at 2:30 each day. Most days the office is open during the lunch hours because I want to make sure the residents have access to me on their breaks. There have also been many times when residents have called and I have stayed in the office late or come in on an off day to give residents packages, renew a lease and take care of thing they didn't have time to take care of during business hours. I know sometimes my hours may conflict with others so I try to do all I can to accommodate not only current residents but future residents as well. Although we do have a drop box for rent, I do come in early and stay late between the 1st and 3rd of the month. The office is beautifully decorated for the fall season and we have candy and refreshments out for our current and future residents. It's very cozy and welcoming. So much so that a few of our residents come in daily just to chat and relax. I try to make every experience and interaction at Woodland Trails positive. Please contact me so we can discuss any concerns you have. My door is always open.

New management company horrible

Ever since the new management took over, this place has gone downhill. They do not care about the residents. All they care about is being lazy in the office and taking away what was once so special about this place. The maintenance guy doesn't do anything without several requests. They want to fine you for everything. Manager is too preoccupied with her boyfriend instead of doing any work. All the construction they have going on now is ridiculous. They have all sorts of projects started but none… finished. Half the parking lots are not accessible but they will fine you if you park wrong. They complain about trash but the workers are leaving most of the trash on the property. I'm looking for a new home now. Unbearable to live here any longer. And I am a long time resident who is just fed up.

We care about all of our residents and take their concerns
seriously. Maintenance request are usually taken care of within a 24-48 hour
period. There are those circumstances where maintenance may have to order a
part and the work order will take… longer to complete. Although those times
are rare we do apologize to the resident and give them a timeline of when
the problem will be fixed. I have been on the property for over a year and I
have never fined anyone for anything. We make all areas of the property feel
like home to our residents. This includes the office. I can understand how
you may have mistaken a visit from a resident as a personal visit to
management. We apologize for any inconvenience the construction may have
caused you but it was necessary. We want to make sure Woodland Trails is a
beautiful place to live. The construction is complete and or grounds are
nice and clean.
