Small events are welcome with prior approval. Any number of overnight guests over 14 will have an extra fee, with a maximum number allowed of 16. Extra 8 ft tables, cocktail tables, chairs, table linens, and a wedding arch are available to rent. A list of caterers and other vendors is available if needed.

While the immediate surroundings offer serenity, you're also a short drive from the vibrant heart of New Braunfels. Lake McQueeny water level has been lowered and no longer allows motorized water vehicles. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Respect the house like your own home and be respectful of the neighbors. Let us know if anything is missing or broken. Only enough disposable items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels will be provided for the number of guests staying. If you have an event, please plan to provide extra items for your guests.
