This condo offers access to a private gated pool and river. Please swim at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
Two parking passes are available for parking in the allotted spot. Wristbands are provided for access to the pool, river, or park area.
This hidden gem is a short drive to downtown New Braunfels for unique shopping, local restaurants, live music at Historic Gruene Hall, and Schlitterbahn water park. You can easily walk to some nearby restaurants or bring a car to travel to the heart of New Braunfels.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The parking pass must be placed in the front window of the parked vehicle, or it will be towed, and we are not responsible for any towed vehicles.
