Peaceful

Haus-Primrose, is an inexpensive, quiet place to call home. The management is extremely kind, helpful and understanding. Location, location, location (enough said). Negatives? Outdated.. yes, but the price of everything else has gone up. It's a good place to live on a budget or if you're not concerned about marble countertops... JS.

peaceful complex

The property manager is the best. Most the residences here are friendly and it’s very peaceful area to live in. All my issues I have had, have always been addressed in a timely manner.

Roaches!

This apartment complex has a roach problem. They do pest control, but the roaches live in the walls.

I love living here!

I've been living here for four years and have seen the property go through some positive changes. I recently moved to an newly renovated apartment, and it's quite pleasant. The location is good, and although there are occasional trains passing by, it's generally quiet. I'd recommend this place for sure.
