Pets should be discussed in advance; only house-trained pets are allowed and must be kept off beds and furniture. A pet cleaning fee will be applied. An additional nightly rate will be applied for each guest after the first six guests. The fireplace is inoperable. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable.
