Wonderful Community

I am a prior resident who only left because I bought a home. Venue is a wonderful place to call home. The staff go above and beyond for you. They truly care about everyone. They also have the best resident parties every month.

Best Management Team Ever

My little family and i have lived here for 4 years and will continue to stay here for the foreseeable future. The management team, especially the manager Trish, go above and beyond for all of the residents here. If you need anything the entire team will take care of you. From concerns to maintenance requests. This is the place to live!!!

Gorgeous Property/Incredible Staff

Venue at Hometown is DIFFERENT - No need to keep looking! This property CARES about it's residents (people & pets alike!); the Venue front office and maintenance team are always welcoming, efficient, and pro-active. The grounds are kept beautifully, free of trash and the dog park is great! The maintenance team is quick to help with any issue, and the ladies up front are kind and responsive! Great community with fun property events!

Best Apartments Ever

I have lived at the Venue for 5 years. Check the dates on bad reviews….they are old and do not include the current management and maintenance staff.
I LOVE living here. I love my apartment. I love that so many stores, restaurants, gyms, and retail are within walking distance…..LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! I love that the grounds are well-lit and attractive. When I take my dog out, I feel safe, no matter what time of day or night. Did I mention the apartments are super dog friendly? There is… a fenced dog park and strategically placed poop bag and collection cans throughout the complex. Now, the management team is the BEST! Trish and Kara have had a challenging time with the corrective construction, but have come through with flying colors. They have been quickly responsive and very accommodating to any needs, problems, distress, or issues I have. Maintenance is AMAZING! They have responded to requests within minutes consistently, and complete repairs quickly and correctly. Each month management has a free 2 hour social for residents with food, drinks, giveaways, and fun!

This is the best place to live! Why aren’t you here?
