Venue at Hometown

I’ve lived in several apartment communities over the years, and this one is by far the best. The office staff is always attentive, responsive, and quick to address any concerns, while the maintenance team consistently goes above and beyond to resolve issues in my apartment.

If there are problems with noisy neighbors or excessive barking dogs, the management team handles them promptly and professionally. The community also hosts fun monthly resident events, including bingo nights, ice cream... sundae socials, taco bars, and pool parties, which make it easy to connect with neighbors.

I have lived at Venue at Hometown for almost 5 years, and have no plans to leave. I have lived in apartments from Florida..to Texas..to California..and back to Texas. Venue has been the best. I attribute this to Trish Phillips and her team. The office staff is professional, and handles all issues expeditiously. The maintenance team usually handles all requests same day. Keep up the great job, Venue at Hometown!

I looked at several communities before choosing Venue at Hometown. The staff made the process of viewing and selecting an apartment, as well as the leasing process, transparent and straightforward. Responsive, friendly office staff and maintenance crew, a great overall value. This is a low key, unpretentious community in an ideal location.

As a young professional, renting a great home is the best option for me. I admired the first floor lofts at The Venue a couple of years ago but chose to rent a town home nearby for a little more space. I never could forget about how awesome the loft was - super cool, modern and industrial. I literally wished I had rented the loft and recognized that the added space of a 3-bedroom town home was unnecessary. So, last summer I made the move to The Venue! I couldn't be MORE happy with the decision... and don't plan to move ANYTIME soon! My new home meets all of my expectations... the neighborhood is safe and quiet, my neighbors are kind and outgoing, the dog park is perfect for both of my doggos, I am surrounded by everything I need (grocery store, gasoline, fantastic food choices, coffee, nail salon, the list goes on...), I am less than fifteen minutes from everything else (airport, downtown, Grapevine, I-35), and my trendy BIG loft feels like I am living right in the heart of down!

What I didn't expect was how awesome the Office and Maintenance Staff are... I've never met a more cheerful, helpful, interested and informed group! It's easy to see that they all love their jobs and enjoy helping their tenants. The Maintenance Staff is super helpful (They literally change light bulbs when they burn out!) and are quick to respond to maintenance requests. If they notice anything else that could use a little fixing when answering your initial maintenance request, they'll take care of it without even asking. The ladies in the office are the sweetest and are all well informed and helpful. I see a lot of tenants, myself included, stopping by often just to chat with them and catch up!

All amenities are included - trash pickup from right outside my door, secure package delivery with text/phone call upon package arrival, gas grills equipped for your free use, a nice little gym, business office, community kitchen with coffee & water, great pool that's A BLAST in the summer, and even fun little tenant events.

Nice location and friendly neighbors. Feel pretty safe here. But buildings halls are dirty and I can hear neighbors really well in my apartment. For how expensive it is I wish I would have gone somewhere else with better amenities and nicer office staff for the same price.
