The Ruby at Chadwick Commons

I have lived in 4 different apartments in the dfw area and this apartment complex has been such a joy to live at! There has not been any pest or air conditioning problems! I am so surprised at how clean this apartment complex is! The property management has been amazing and they really do make you feel like family! My husband and I have called Sherri sometimes when we are in trouble or needing help and she is always there to give us the help she can! I highly recommend this apartment complex.

An apartment complex is most of the time only as good as it's property managers, and these are some of the best. They're quick to respond and go out of their way to help. The apartments are nice, clean with a newer modern look. Would definitely recommend!

After multiple garages were broken into on the night of February 19th, repeated requests to property management have gone ignored and now 38 days later and I've been advised that they cannot locate a suitable contractor to make the repairs. In the meantime, they've nailed 2x4s across the doors as a temporary fix and advised residents to simply not use the door as a point of entry until they get a contractor selected. Beautiful property and unfortunately after this, the 2nd break in in 6 months... , very disappointing that property management cannot make this a bigger priority. Read More
