The roaches are very bad even though they spray around the property. I was told they covered the water bill and 2 months later I get the bill for it.

It's good when I need some maintenance it always gets taken care of in a timely manor even if it's something that a company has to send someone to work on it like the sewer or when something leaks.It's nice when management will have hotdogs in the barbeque area or if its cold weather alittle gathering inside the office.

Its quite and stores are near. Just the smell of my next door neighbor is horendous even if I am just on my porch or everytime I open my door, the smell is very bad.
