Great environment
Since Rebecca took over as manager, this place has been awesome! One manager who will look out for her tenants and be helpful with any issues. The apartment complex is well-kept and feels more safer with video cameras around the area.

My Grandma Passed Away
My review on this apartment an entire year later. Last year, my grandma moved into these apartments because the place before was not good for her health. My grandma was already sick and was dying. I noticed that this apartment was just as bad for my grandma's health as well (Not the reason she died but my grandma wanted somewhere clean and well kept for her last days~). There were roaches everywhere and broken things all over. The roaches apparently came from upstairs and maintenance supposedly... came to spray?? They were still there in the two months we lived at the apartment. The bath tub leaked from underneath whenever the water was on. The shelves in the bathroom easily broke, the stove did not work the first month (it took them that long to fix it), there are no lights in the bedrooms of these apartments (you have to use a lamp) the apartment was not worth the price.
The real problem I have though and what saddens me the most when I see these apartments.. Is that when my grandma passed away we (my sisters and I) were kicked out the following week. It wasn't because of late payments which we knew would eventually come so I was looking for a second job (which I got the next month) it was because of the owner not being present. HA! It hurt badly to be given a notice saying we had 3 days to pack all our stuff and move out. The landlord/manager all knew my grandma unfortunately passed and she was the adult who paid everything but it was not given any consideration just like all the broken things around this apartment. This is what running a business is like though. Rude people and overpriced business.
