Perfect location!
There has been alot of renovations going on here since november 2019 when a new owner purchased these apts we have seen 100% improvements. They have installed security cameras outside cleaned up the outside and is now installing a fence around the apts. As for the inside, all brand new from floor to
ceiling, stainless steel Samsung appliances, granite countertops , new windows nothing is being spared. They now have online tenant portals which we can communicate with management pay our bills and... so much more. This is going to be one of the best apartments to live in downtown Odessa. Did i mention the management are very friendly to work with trust me i have lived here for over 2 years.
