Lantana Gardens

Maintenance are creepy and nosy and then management are rude. The gate is always broken so it’s not much of a gated community, plus the side doors are always unlocked. The pool is never clean and the hot tub always looks real nasty.

If you want a beautiful, safe, and captivating place to live then stay there! I have never lived at a place so amazing. The amenities ( pool, hot tub,and 24-7 gym) are always kept clean. Management is so kind and helpful (which is so rare) the walls of the apartments are thick so you won't hear your neighbors and the community is well maintained. The only down side is the price, but if you can afford it, then you won't regret it.

Property layout is good and floor plans were well thought out. Management is really nice and the majority of the residents are really friendly. Pet friendly is nice, but there is some pet owners that don't clean up after their pets or use a lease. Definitely beware while walking in the grass! Valet trash pickup at your door step is nice. They pick it up Sunday thru Thursday evening between 6-9pm. Some residents can't follow the hours and there for their trash sits at their door step till the… next trash day. Sometimes all weekend! There are dumpsters on the property for use anytime. They could use some work in the maintenance department. Maintenance is not very prompt on repairs. We've lived at Lantana Gardens for nearly a month and we love it. We tried getting into the community last year, but there was no availability but we got in this year. We love the layout of the apartments with attached garages, and our kids love the pool and park area. The common areas are well maintained and it's quiet. We are very happy to make Lantana Gardens our home.
