Sagebrush village apartments are some of the nicer/newer apartments in Odessa, Tx. It is a gated community with several security cameras set up. My family and I have lived here for a little over 3 years and have very few problems with anything. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. We have lived in both a 1 bedroom and now a 3 bedroom apartment, and have had few problems with anything. The neighbors and other residents are nice and the apartments are kid friendly with a small playground... in the center and a good sized swimming pool as well. There is covered and uncovered parking inside the gates. However if you are to have guests over they need to park outside the gates in front of the office where spaces are very limited. If you plan on having an overnight guest it is best to call the office ahead of time to ask for a visitors pass. Contacting the office is sometimes difficult. There is only two ladies and getting a hold of them can be tricky (They do not always answer the phones). However, if something malfunctions in you're apartment and you are able to speak to one of rhe ladies, they get the maitenince men to you right away. The kitchen cabinets and drawers could have been made a little sturdier but they work just fine. Bedrooms are a comfortable size and not to small. We have never had any problems with plumbing or AC. The utilities we pay are electricity, cable, and Internet (Water and garbage are included in rent). As for the location....we are on the west side of odessa right off the loop. There are many restaurants nearby ( Wingstop, pizza hut, burger King, Rosas café, etc...) as well as stores ( Walmart, HEB, Albertson's, Family dollar).
