Decent for price
We lived in the town houses wich were a little small for two people but for the price we couldnt ask for anything better. The wall are thin so consider that. You will hear you neighbors going up and down there stairs. The water is off randomly and no one seems to know why, or just the hot water will be off and they blame it on the boilers. Over all it was a clean decent place in a decent location. Rent is pretty good for the area. I would recommend for a single person or something temporary.
