Nice apartment, horrible soundproofing!
These are very nice apartments, the best ones in town! The office staff are very nice. The only problem is the soundproofing is absolutely horrible!! Living on a ground floor apartment here will drive you completely insane! You hear every single footstep, much louder than any other apartment I’ve ever lived! It’s a bit more expensive than I think they should charge for renting in Paris, TX, but given the alternatives, I recommend them over anywhere else in town. Whatever you do though, don’t be... on the ground floor!! And if you do get a second floor apartment, please know that the sound of every footstep is magnified tenfold to the person living below you, I’m not joking!

new management not helpful neighbors from hell
Have awful upstairs neighbors. 4-5 kids running around at all hours of the night . The couple and two others are there at all times as well. Many times over 10 people up there banging around, screaming , and I’ve recorded and showed management and nothing has been done. They admit that maybe the people upstairs need to move downstairs but they say they can’t until their contract is up. So I get to pay all this money to live in miserable lining conditions. We have a new born and their banging and... screaming scares her . This is a sad situation and I can’t wait to run away from this hell hole !
