The last tenants of 201
My wife and I decided to give this place a chance and were very pleased. Paula was very kind to us throughout the year and we really came to enjoy our 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It was a very clean apartment and the neighbors were friendly. It was the foundation in the beginning of my wife and I finding our place in the world. Their is a-lot of potential in these apartments. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for the friendly hospitality.

Don't Do It Unless You're Desperate
I have to call the police almost every weekend. My car was broken in to. The water's turned off every month. The manager will make up charges and put them on your account. Don't do it. Just don't...

Time Will Tell
New owners just started fixing place up....I'll give them a chance. Didn't turn bad overnight, wont be fixed overnight. I've seen worse in past 7 years here. Time

mismanaged
2 years ago, it was a nice quite place with plenty of parking. Now its just filled with trashy people with literally throw trash everywhere, ha and they are worried about pets, its the people who are gross. You can guess I am going to say its way over priced thanks to some idiotic new owner.

Bedbugs and trashy people
That is really all you need to know, but there is a 50 character minimum. I have never seen bedbugs in my life, and the screaming and yelling out on the porch from very immature neighbors is so annoying. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down.
