I was here for 2 years. Gabby, the property manager, is sweet and wonderful. I loved the private parking, personal yard and quiet. Easy access to Beltway 8 & Highway 225. The property cleanliness was also often maintained.

Lived here for 2 years and the only reason I had to move was due to needing a 4 bedroom. Gaby is amazing and super helpful, maintenance is quick and very wonderful families as neighbors.

Great experience

Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great space, privacy backyard, neighbors are not rowdy. Property manager responds almost immediately to any questions and/concerns. Highly recommend Avalon Townhomes.

Nice size townhouse with private yard

Stayed 2 years. Had minor maintenance issues which was always taken care in a timely manor. Left place in clean order and received deposit back with no problems. No problems at all with apartment and management.
