Too expensive for seniors. You get on a list to be placed in a one bedroom. They move you down on the list for the one bedroom so they can keep you in a two bedroom so they can make more money. Dishonest employees.

Horrible management
This is by far the absolute worst apartment management I have ever dealt with. I contacted the office regarding a two bedroom apartment for my mother-in-law. We scheduled an appointment for 2:30 PM and I drove an hour and 15 minutes to the property. when I got here, no one would answer the door. There was a sign on the door saying that they were touring however I found out that they were just taking lunch. I waited around for almost 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledge me.during that time... there were two women in the office the assistant manager and the property manager who saw I was standing outside and never even tried to help. They pointed at the door and then covered their face As if they were frustrated, I was there. When I finally was able to come into the office, the assistant manager Had no idea who I was, and never took down any of my information over the phone. After everything, they did not have any apartment to show whatsoever, so it was a complete waste of time.

Beware new owners
This complex was recently purchased. First thing they did was do away with garbage pick up, despite so many residents being of limited mobility or completely unable to make the trek to the one and only dumpster on site (which was absolutely overflowing today, and which requires you to be able to fling your garbage into a giant dumpster that is taller than most people.) Additionally, and more concerningly, they are dramatically raising rents. My father's rent is going up 40%, meaning he would... need to pay about 60% of his monthly income to continue renting there, so now we are having to frantically search for a new home for him. Avoid this play at all costs.
