Upon moving into my apartment 2 fixtures did not have hot water and all the water from the apartment fixtures had a strong sulfur smell. They looked at it and told me it was repaired. When I returned the unit had no hot water at all. They waited till the next day to come out to look at it again. By the end of that day they finally had it repaired, 48 hours later. They had me move into a unit that was not yet livable

They will be installing carports for over half of the parking spots, on the property. They are not free! You have to pay $40 a month for the privilege to park under their carport.

The Mgr. Sharon,Denise, Cynthia and the maintenance crew are Amazing!!
5 stars to you all.
It’s a Great community the Staff are friendly, helpful, informative and go above and beyond the call.
My friend lives there and When I’m in town to visit it’s always been a pleasure to speak with them.
Maintenance are prompt to handle all my friends issues.
It’s Apartment Living Folks but Westlake makes is Great!!!
Haters bite your tongue cause this place ROCKS!!!

So far my experience has been great ! The office staff and maintenance staff was helpful and very dedicated. Cynthia was so efficient and kind. She made the entire process so smooth and easy . She communicated with me on everything I needed in order to move in. She did a great job I had no complaints. The location is so convenient I would definitely recommend living here and making it your home !
