Leasing process

Lupe is very helpful, efficient and thorough at her job; from the tour of the apartment to addressing all our concerns. The whole leasing process was done within two days. We were kept in the loop at each step. Really appreciate her.

The best place ever to live

Beautiful surroundings , very knowledgeable and friendly office staff, maintenance men rock and Beautiful apartments! I've lived here 6 years now and absolutely love it!

Poor maintenance

Upon moving into my apartment 2 fixtures did not have hot water and all the water from the apartment fixtures had a strong sulfur smell. They looked at it and told me it was repaired. When I returned the unit had no hot water at all. They waited till the next day to come out to look at it again. By the end of that day they finally had it repaired, 48 hours later. They had me move into a unit that was not yet livable

They make you pay for parking to live here.

They will be installing carports for over half of the parking spots, on the property. They are not free! You have to pay $40 a month for the privilege to park under their carport.
