Once you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living area, complete with comfortable seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. The adjacent dining room features a dining table and chairs and leads into a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Upstairs, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each with its own bed and ample closet space. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a 43" flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, and a 43” TV. The third bedroom features another queen bed and a dedicated workspace.

For remote workers and business travelers, there are two dedicated workspaces available in the home. The first workspace is located downstairs and features a desk and chair tucked away in the corner of the living room. The second workspace is located upstairs in the third bedroom and includes a desk, chair, monitor, and lamp for your convenience.
We are close to major corporations such as Dell, Samsung, Apple, and St. David's Hospital.

For those who love the outdoors, we are an 8-minute walk to The Pitch, home of the Austin FC Sports Complex, which provides a variety of amenities including pickleball courts, food and drink venues, outdoor seating & TV viewing areas for movie nights, and sporting events. Enjoy peaceful evening walks on the trail surrounding the lake. The townhome is also less than a 5-minute walk to the community park which provides additional walking trails, a sand volleyball court, a disc golf course, workout bars, and a soccer field.
