My boyfriend and I have lived here for three years, and I can honestly say this has become one of the worst and most uncomfortable places I’ve ever lived. This might be the worst apartment complex to live in Austin — I’m not kidding.

As a woman, I do not feel safe here. There are homeless individuals constantly outside the buildings, and one night a man attempted to follow me, which was terrifying. There have also been break-ins and reported robberies on the property. The dog park burning down... only added to the feeling that this place is neglected and not properly monitored.

What made things even worse was when people entered our apartment without any notice or explanation and didn’t leave a note. That completely violated our sense of privacy and safety. I should never have to worry about strangers entering my home without warning.

The towing situation is also completely out of control. Between our cars and guests’ vehicles, we’ve dealt with over 12 tows, costing thousands of dollars. It feels excessive and predatory.

The property itself is dirty and poorly maintained. Trash and large furniture pile up around dumpsters for long periods, and the stairwells in our building are consistently filthy and clearly not cleaned regularly.

During the summer, the pool turns into a late-night party spot with loud music going well into the night. Management does nothing to stop it, and it makes it impossible to feel comfortable in your own home.

At one point, people entered our apartment without any notice and without leaving a note afterward. That alone should be enough to make anyone uncomfortable. The complete lack of communication or accountability is unacceptable.

Parking enforcement is absolutely predatory. Between my car, my girlfriend’s, and friends’ vehicles, we’ve been towed over 12 times, costing thousands of dollars. I’ve never lived anywhere with towing this aggressive or restrictive. It feels less like enforcement and more like a cash grab.

The property is dirty and poorly maintained. Dumpsters are constantly overflowing with large furniture and bulk trash that sits there for long periods. Building 7 is especially bad — stairwells are filthy, covered in gum, trash, and debris, and clearly not cleaned regularly.

In the summer, when the pool is unguarded, there are nonstop late-night parties with loud music that go well into the night. Management does nothing, making it impossible to have peace or sleep.

Signed one lease here and wow I’m so excited to be leaving. The management doesn’t care about all the cars that get broken into and tires getting slashed hence why they hired security ONLY for the purpose of keeping an eye on their office. The gate didn’t work for 10/13 months I’ve been here so it was basically pointless having it. My ac has been shut off a few times now in the summer as well as my hot water going out numerous times. Had to take ice cold showers for a week straight before... maintenance actually fixed it. They typically put a ‘bandaid’ on the problem but won’t actually fix anything until you hound them enough (Exhausting). We had many other problems since moving in too but I digress. This apartment complex refuses to fix a leaky roof in my bathroom. This problems is a result of a leaking A/C unit. This issue has existed for several months and I have put in many maintenance requests. I have also told the staff personally and they have not fixed the issue. I am a very dissatisfied customer and plan to relocate as soon as possible. I do not recommend this apartment complex due to this issue

I give you one but I would give it zero, it is a condo that looks very safe, but it has no security, the cars are stolen, everything is broken and everything inside is stolen, and you ask the office and they do not respond, or cameras do not work, apart from the fact that it is very expensive, does not have security, I do not advise anyone to rent here, very bad
