Bad Neighbors…

Major issue with two specific kids and their parents’ lack of control. These two kids constantly played around my car, rode their scooters into it, and got toys stuck underneath it. They treated my vehicle like it was theirs, often with their parents watching and doing nothing. At one point, I even saw the dad touching my car himself.

They also repeatedly walked on my porch and even tried opening my window, despite a visible camera. This was ongoing behavior and never addressed.

Their dogs… were also extremely disruptive.

On top of that, getting my security deposit back was a nightmare. It took months, and when they finally sent checks, both bounced due to insufficient funds. It wasn’t until the third check that it finally went through.

If you value your space, privacy, and property, I would not recommend living here.

Beware

Thin walls, unprofessional management, and dog poop everywhere. They’re completely money-hungry and don’t communicate at all. I made payments through the portal, got a “thank you” email, and then they still filed a collection claim on me without warning. Refused to provide regional contact info and now I can’t even reach anyone to resolve it. The whole place reeks of weed, there’s zero accountability, and tenants do whatever they want — I even had a neighbor with ten dogs who threatened me, and… my car was damaged soon after. Just stay away.

If you value space don’t move here.

Small townhomes. Moved here in a pinch based off pictures alone and was quite disappointed in the sizing. This is the perfect place for a single person who doesn’t require a lot of space. Soundproofing is non existent so I hear every argument, get together, “adult activity”, and whatever else goes on next door. We pay for pest control, but there ants galore in the townhouse. The layout of the 2/2.5 is a joke, there’s no space. Bedrooms are terribly small along with the bathroom space. Whoever… designed these didn’t think of space, just cramming as many apartments in for profit. I’m glad my lease is ending I will be running for the hills. They couldn’t pay me to renew.

Loud upstairs neighbor

Loud upstairs neighbor with no sound proofing. If sound bothers you do not move into a lower level apt you will hear every footstep, everything.

Great People

I went in there today Sept.9th 2024 and meet with Tim. He was awesome to talk with and answered all my questions I had. I really enjoyed the tour and all the amenities they offer. I liked that they were in budget with all other apartments in the area but offered way more amenities.
