Cooking essentials, place settings, and dining utensils are provided. The spacious living room has comfortable couches, a designer rug, coffee tables, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Each bedroom has been carefully curated with your comfort in mind and includes bedside tables, wall art, and lamps. The 2 bathrooms have high-end finishes, a bathtub, a walk-in glass door shower, and an extended vanity. The backyard has been transformed into a tropical paradise for your enjoyment and includes an outdoor swimming pool and a grill for a great Texan BBQ. The backyard is fully fenced for your privacy.

A noise alert device has been installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
