There is a strict NO SMOKING rule and a $150 fine for tampering with the smoke detector. This property does NOT allow pets, with a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. A damage protection fee of $35 will be charged after the booking is confirmed. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is at 11am. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next night's stay at the listing's full price. Guests are required to fill out a guest sign-in form, which includes uploading a government-issued ID, as a screening process. Ordering mail/packages to this location is not allowed. Do not enter the leasing office or talk to the property management staff. If lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.) are received, you will be charged with a $500 fine. Please note that bugs may be seen in the home due to the climate, and no refunds are given if bugs are seen.
