It is hard to get better than Creekside at Legacy! The apartments feel more like a condo with attached garages, yards and front doors. The finishes are beautiful, the property is very well maintained and maintenance is very quick to resolve any issues! The location could not be better as you are close to all the amenities of Plano with a neighborhood feeling. It is also located on a wonderful walking trail that runs along a beautiful creek! My only complaints would be that because it is an older... building the energy efficiency is not the best and you can hear everything. I would suggest a second floor apartment!
