Everything went well starting from staff to apartment. Except for few issues I have checked for door styles, maintenance of lights in hallways etc

The move in process didn’t turn out the way I hoped for it to go. The apartment I was told would have the features I needed were not there and I was unable to see the apartment prior to move in after of several request to do so. Also the dark park wasn’t cleaned.

My resident experience has been great overall. The property is well-maintained, management is responsive, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled promptly. I appreciate the quiet and friendly community, and I’ve enjoyed having a safe and comfortable place to call home.

Leasing and maintenance are responsive. The courtyards are well maintained. Amazon packages come safely. Depending on where your apartment is located there is the occasional pest intruder and unpleasant smells. Overall though this feels like a safe community, conveniently located, and everyone does their best to keep it running smoothly.

The neighbors don't respect you when you're trying to sleep in the middle of the night it's always disturbing when they're jumping up and down and making loud noise not respecting you
