The Ellington

We had lived here for 3 years before moving out. We had to terminate our lease and did not had any forwarding address at that time so we were told we will receive final settlement through email. After no communication from them for than a month we sent multiple emails asking for payment link. After days we get an email that we have been reported to collection.
Lack of communication from their end has now impacted us big time.
Never ever trust them.

This place is a joke!!! if I could give zero stars I would!!!!! PLEASE pick up the trash around this disgusting apartment complex. Roaches galore, trash baking in the hot sun until noon over the weekend as well...thanks to building 20.

trash fee is raised to $41.
raising the rent ($200+),
adding random manager fees ($50+),
mandatory package delivery fees ($35+)

no plans to fix the entrance gates. Saying that's the offer, you don't like it... leave.

S2 uses their own crappy lawn service... (if they come at all) the money goes back to them dead grass since the lawn guys run over sprinkler heads. I've lived here for a decade. AS SOON as it became "the Ellington" everything went downhill. The horrendous (black and blue?) exterior paint job, trash everywhere, and now COCKROACHES?!?! This was once an upscale place to live and now it's like a disgusting frat house. I have spoken with many tenants having the same new issues and none of us know what to do, especially after increasing rent nearly 19% and adding a additional new $140 monthly charge for services we can't imagine are legal to... require (like the Fetch delivery package requirement). I'm currently sick with covid and although unbelievably exhausted, can't sleep or turn out any lights after being woken up at 3:30a.m. by the sound of roaches on my wall!
