I have enjoyed the apartment amenities overall. The unit is modern and has no carpet flooring which I prefer. The one complaint I have is that the EV chargers have still not been installed.

We also appreciate you mentioning the... EV chargers. The installation is scheduled to be completed in the coming months. Unfortunately, due to specific requirements and approvals with the City of Plano, we’ve had to work through several hurdles to move the process forward. We understand how important this amenity is, and we truly appreciate your patience.
As soon as we receive the next update from the city and our installation partners, we will promptly notify the entire community.

Had a great move-in experience and have been pleasantly surprised with the community so far. No noisy neighbors, fast and efficient maintenance team, responsive office staff, great amenities, safe parking garages and clean property overall.
