I am telling you all that this apartment complex is too expensive for trash service and units. They take MONTHS to fix simple things. The power in the kitchen randomly goes out while cooking ; have to use the box to turn it off and back on. ROACH infested ; we literally had to use 3 boxes of roach bombs to clear them out before we got settled in!!!

We never used the dishwasher; only used the garbage disposal ONCE and the motor went out. Came and looked at it ONCE and NEVER fixed it. It has been… 4 MONTHS since then. Now there is MOLD in the dishwasher that is currently overflowing.

Towed and impounded our van cause of a flat tire that was getting fixed the next day. Came home it was GONE!!!!!

Yet they want to have all these rules and regulations but CANNOT and WILL NOT handle nor fix anything.

Do NOT apply here find you somewhere that is WORTH your hard earned money and actually livable and nice looking. People work too hard to have their money go down the drain for bare minimum apartments.

It’s terrible here people walking around smoking weed, then it say it has washer dryer in apartment but it doesn’t no microwave either it’s so trashy some windows look like blinds never been fixed broken they have lots of roaches and rats NO gym either look for another place this place is a joke to expensive.

WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!! The first red flag was how unprofessional the management was during move in process, after signing the lease I walked in the apartment and instantly wanted to move out! SO MANY ROACHES, DIRTY, CAT HAIR IN CARPET, PAINT EVERYWHERE, NOT RENOVATED (after I was promised a renovated unit)... Sadly I had to move back with my parents because the roaches was driving me crazy and the office doesn't care AT ALL! on top of that THE CRIME IS HIGH out here, almost got robbed one… night. I’m currently looking for somewhere else too move . The expect the rent on time, but wont fix anything in your appointment. On top of the infestation on gnats and roaches .take your hard earn money else where and live comfortably, drinking , drugs , and shootings .
