Additional amenities include an in-home washer and dryer, complimentary toiletries, linens, towels, life jackets, central A/C, heating, and ceiling fans.
A boat lift is available for use (up to 7,000 lbs.) if you plan to bring a boat. Pets are welcome with a fee of $59 per pet, with a maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. There is no gate or barrier leading to the canal or boat dock area, so please supervise children and pets at all times near the water. Kayaks, paddleboards, and life jackets are provided, and guests use these at their own risk. For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival.
